1.7 Materials and Pigments

This collection is developed between 2011 and 2018. In 2011 and 2014 we made two fieldtrips to Cornwall, UK. By treating materials as paint and using them to color porcelain, we developed a color chart with around 300 different colors. Materials originating from the china, tin and copper, silver, and lead industry in Cornwall were used to form the basis for this chart. Therefore it is possible that there is a slightly difference in color or texture, also when you order two or more of the same objects at the same time.
All our materials are being tested and are food- and dishwasher safe, unless mentioned otherwise explicitly.

1.8 Stamp

All our cups, plates and bowls are stamped inside with our signature.

1.9 Coupon codes

Coupon codes are valid on all products from the webshop except the workshops.

At Studio Kirstie van Noort we want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any questions about your delivered items, we would first encourage you to contact us via the Contact Page.

2.1 Receiving a damaged item

We do our utmost best to minimize the risk of damages during the transport of our ceramics to your home. In the unlucky case that you still receive a damaged item, we kindly request you to inform us as soon as reasonably possible via the Contact page. This allows us to find a solution with our insurer and helps to make sure that we replace the damaged item as quickly as possible.

2.2 Returns and refunds

If you are not happy with a purchased item, it is possible to return this item within 14 days of the purchase. We kindly ask you to inform us if you want to make a return, and provide us with the tracking-ID of your return shipment.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be send to us in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and your account will automatically be credited. Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible, but the duration depends on the financial service provider(s).

You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item. You should also make sure that the item is appropriately packed and protected from damages during transport. We advise to insure your shipping covering at the minimum the commercial value.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

2.3 Workshop refunds

Workshops can be refunded if canceled at least 3 weeks before the actual workshop date. If canceled between 2 and 3 weeks, a 50% refund will be issued. I always strive to offer the vacant place to people on the waiting list. If successful, a 100% refund will be provided. Cancellations within the last 7 days before the start of the workshop will not be refunded.
