Customized shipping

If your country is not listed, we can offer custom shipping solutions for large orders (minimally EUR 500). Please use the form below to get in contact with us about your request.

Delivery time

Your order is normally processed within 6 business days. We ship every Friday. Parcels are handled by PostNL or DPD. Shipping to EU destinations typically take 5-6 workdays to arrive, although longer periods may apply, especially during holiday season. Shipping to non-EU destinations can take up to 20 workdays to arrive at the destination.

We will notify you via email when your order is shipped. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, e.g. when you are not at home at the time of delivery, or when a wrong address has been supplied, it is suggested to contact your local carrier directly about new delivery arrangement, where to pick up the parcel, or address information change.

Please pay attention to the collection deadline policy of your local carrier. In some cases the carrier will return the parcel to Studio Kirstie van Noort if it is not picked up after a certain amount of time. In such a situation Studio Kirstie van Noort can re-send the parcel but additional shipping costs will apply.

Pick-up at the Studio

For customers living in the Netherlands, orders can be picked-up at the Studio in Eindhoven. In case this option is chosen during checkout, you will receive further details via email. You will not pay any shipping costs if you choose this option.

Customs clearance

Costs related to custom-clearance are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that delivery may be delayed due to custom-clearance procedures in your country.
